Installments Tuition may be paid in one installment, two semester installments, or ten monthly installments.
One installment: August 1
Two semester installments: August 1 and January 1
Ten monthly installments: first of each month, beginning August 1, ending May 1
Sibling Discount Each student that has an older sibling enrolled at Charis Christian Academy will receive a $1,000 discount.
H.E.R.O. Program Fee for students enrolled in our H.E.R.O. Program is an additional $50.00 per month. >>Learn More

In person: During the school year, tuition payments may be given directly to the student's teacher.
All students are accepted to Charis Christian Academy on a probationary period.

Registration Fee This (non-refundable) fee of $75.00 must accompany each Student Enrollment Form.

Student Handbook Parents/Guardians must read the updated Student Handbook for the 2019-2020 academic year, discuss all of the information that is appropriate with their student(s), sign and return the acknowledgement form on or before the first day of school. (Updated Handbook will be available shortly.)
Emergency Treatment Release/Medication Authorization Form Once a student is enrolled, an Emergency Treatment Release/Medication Authorization Form will be sent out for parents/guardians to complete and return before the first day of school.

Religious Exemption Notice: No student is required to have an immunization/examination that is contrary to the religious beliefs of his/her parent or legal guardian. However, not following vaccination recommendations may endanger the health or life of the student who is not vaccinated, others with whom they come in contact, and individuals in the community. In a disease outbreak, or after exposure to any of the diseases for which immunization is required, schools may exclude children who are not vaccinated in order to protect all students. Students not following vaccination requirements must have a Certificate of Religious Exemption on file in the school office before they can attend school.
Health Exam Forms Medical examiners should have the necessary forms; however, we have provided them below for your convenience:
